I had a great first visit with Brittany and Dr. Wright today. I’ve had quite a bit of dental work over the last 15 years, which has caused some bone loss and other complications. Because of that, I’m really careful about who I trust with my teeth — I’ve been let down before. From the moment I met them, I felt completely at ease. They were both wonderful, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and want what’s best for them. I’m so grateful I found them. The front desk staff were super kind, the office is spotless, and I was barely in the waiting room. I highly recommend them!

We’ve had such a WONDERFUL experience with Winston-Salem Dental Specialists Forrestgate. The entire team is amazing and I highly recommend them. Today, before the procedure even started, the doctor came out into the waiting room, sat down with us, and took the time to talk to my son. He asked how his day was, wanted to make sure he felt ready, confident, and answered any questions he had. That level of care and compassion is unmatched — it truly means so much. My son is 8, so that reassurance goes such a long way. They are always so patient every step of the way, even during the procedure. What stands out most is how thoroughly everything is explained — they walk us through what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, and any options available, which helps ease so much anxiety for a child. The follow up afterward is also great, they call to make sure he’s doing well and answer any questions or concerns. We’ve been so happy going there.

Upon my arrival, there were logistical errors with our account as a new patient. Paperwork I submitted online was missing; a future appointment date was no longer on their calendar; and the referral submission (from our orthodontist) was incomplete. This first appointment was only a consultation, but I was left wondering if I would want to continue with treatment. That being said…Taylor, Dr. Wright, and the office staff went above and beyond to make things right. Paperwork was found; my future appointment was honored even though it didn’t fit their typical schedule; and they spoke to our orthodontist on the phone while I was there to get the information they needed. They turned a frustrating start into a good experience. The recommended treatment matched what our orthodontist expected. We have been with our orthodontist for years as a family and trust his judgment. He highly recommended this office. Google reviews concurred. Thank you to the staff for turning the experience around quickly!

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I was scared and vulnerable and Dr. Wright and her entire team from check in to check out made me feel safe and cared for. Dr.Wright was calm and quietly powerful and the whole room felt steady being lead by her while the team made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!
